It Business Analyst Permanent

This is an opportunity to design of new IT solutions and processes in collaboration with IT, Executive Management and clients, aligning them with the strategic goals and plan of the business division.

Responsibilities Include:

• Understand client & business needs, Capture their requirements, document their specifications and present technical concepts or solutions to the development team.
• Develop business cases to assess process improvement opportunities.
• Improve Business Processes by implementing a clear strategy (Develop and Implement all the tools and techniques).
• Lead Testing Efforts and Conduct End-User training.
• Project Management: Prepare Project Charters, Cost Estimates, Ensure Adherence to budgets, etc.

Education:

• A BCom Informatics Degree
• A Business Analysis Certificate would be an added advantage.

Essential:

• +8 years of experience in a Business / Systems Analyst role.
• Strong experience with Software Development projects in an Agile environment.
•  

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Experience in the financial technology (Fintech) industry would be an added advantage.
